Joanie was great to work with. You could tell that she really cared for her pups! The little cavy we bought home is wonderful and full of personality! Joanie had all the information regarding vaccinations and health care ready for me along with a puppy kit. We couldnt have asked for a better breeder/experience. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND JOANIE!

I have never had a more pleasurable experience in my life! Purchasing a pup isn't an easy task, and if you're looking for a Chihuahua you've stumbled exactly where you should be. William & Joanie are amazing, caring, educational breeders. I felt like I was at home and relaxed. Joanie sent me pictures via email until James Bond (my dog) was old enough to bring home. Now-a-days James Bond is 1 year old, 4 lbs, and a model!! He has gotten 2 modeling jobs just by being himself. I have not actively tried to get him anything. Just right place, right time, with the right little guy. Thank you so much for James!

We love our chihuahua
Joanie & William are some of the most genuine and sweet people we have ever met.We have had our chihuahua, "Bentley" since September, and he is perfect in every way.He is a little over 3 pounds and will be a year old in a month, and we have had no issues at all, he is very happy, loving and SO easy to train.I would recommend Joanie & William to anyone who wants an A+ puppy buying experience.All breeder's should be like you!Thank you so much for our new family member, We NEVER knew we could love a little bundle of fur soo much! fantastic seller !!
we bought a choc male from this seller he is now 11 mos old and we were very satisfide with him he is a great looking dog.and also to John who trained him excellent job he does. they are some great people and are very very reliable people.i would defintly buy from this seller again and recommend them to every one and there prices are very good for the great looking dogs they have. thanks jonie. Beautiful Puppies
I bought a chuhauhua from Joanie, she was very kind and considerate, she really cares about her dogs and her facility is beautiful and very clean, she was very well organized and made the transaction very easy. Hi Joanie!
I just came across your website the other day and thought I would share with you a photo of grown-up Hobie who came from your December 2007 lab litter. I've also included a puppy photo so you can remember which one he was. When he's not playing fetch, he's curled up on a couch, chair or bed. He's a great urban dog (loves visit Minneapolis dog parks and shopping in the pet stores) and doesn't leave our side for anything, except maybe an enticing body of water. I'm constantly amazed at how laid back he is for only 14 months!
We couldn't be happier with him and will definitely keep recommending your dogs.
I've also included some photos from your other litter (born in February 2008 I think?) that I had taken while there and was planning on sending you. Sorry it took me so long!
Hope all is well and can't wait to see photos of the new pups!

Here is Gibbs now - he looks a lot bigger in these pics than he actually is- a whoppin' 3.5lbs and he is a hoot- he's really quick on his feet and loves to wrestle with stuffed animals and our 11 lb cat and "hunt" with our choc lab. To say he has a cushy life would be an understatement- his hair turned white but now he has a reddish brown stripe down the center of his back that is ever increasing - so i think once he grows out of his puppy hair that will be his color. We absolutely love him and can't thank you enough-

If you are looking for a Chihuahua you have found the right site. Joanie and Dan are the best breeders, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring people you will ever meet. They breed the best temperament and beautiful puppies I've seen. Joanie responded to my numerous emails and even sent me pictures and updates all the time. She even called me and answered all my questions. I finally received my little white Chihuahua "Millie" and she is a doll! The sweetest little puppy ever. I just wanted to drop you a little note to say thanks again for our little puppy. We love him SO much! We have named him Chico and it really fits him. He has been such a blessing to our family. I will never forget about our other dog Taco but Chico sure helps with the healing. He is very loving and energetic and is doing wonderful at the potty training. He goes pee on the pad all the time and poops for the most part on the pad. He has some accidents but he is a puppy still so he will get the hang of it. So thanks again for making all of us so happy!

Just wanted to send you a few pictures of Keisha and give you an update. You have truly given such a great puppy. She is so good and tiny. (2lbs 4oz.)She is not a barker. She is very quiet and loves attention. The only time she barks is when someone knocks or rings the doorbell. She's our little guard dog. Or at least she thinks she's one. She is the perfect match for our family. We are truly greatful.
We were interested in getting her a brother or sister soon. Possibly, a yorkiepoo this time. We want one w/ the same temperament as Keisha. Please send me more info. Could you also send me a picture of Keisha's parents? We'd like to make a scrapbook for Keisha.

I thought that since Rosey turned one last month I would send you a good picture of her. She is everything to me. I love her so much. She is just about fully potty trained and loves her blankies. She also loves to go for bike rides in the trailer with Aaron (4) and me. She will go down the slide with Aaron and loves to swing in the baby swing (I will have to send you a pic of that one sometime too.) Her favorite candy is jelly beans(mine too.) She also loves to sleep like a baby, all wrapped up in a blanket, with me. She is the world to me.
Thank you SO much. I have had so much fun watching her discover all the new and hidden things in life. She is also getting her first camping experience. We have bought lots of glow sticks for night time, haha.

Thought I would send you some pictures of the pup I bought from you this summer. I named him Igor. He is doing great so far and sure seems to love his fenced yard. He is already around 50lbs. He is going to a two week intro to birds and gun puppy training class this Friday. I get him back just in time to take him with on my two week hunting vacation. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

We just purchased a Chihuahua puppy from Joanie and Dan. When we arrived the puppies were in the house and had free roam of the kitchen and dinning room. Some of the puppies were kenneled and they were clean dry and all look happy and healthy. The puppy's nails were trimmed. And even on the lighter puppies their fur on their feet weren't discolored an indication that they aren't locked up standing in their messes for hours a day.
I was extremely pleased to see how well the puppies were socialized they were out playing, running and very happy. We received a blanket, food, papers, shot records and a health guarantee for our little girl. They also gave us some extra wormer and something if she got an upset tummy. For the 4 hour drive. In which we had no problems at all with her, because she was so well socialized it didn't faze her at all.
Thanks for the happy, healthy and extremely well socialized puppy!

I had a wonderful experience buying our new family member. Joan was very kind to my husband and I when deciding the puppy for our family. Every animal in my house has come from reputable breeders and they are definitely one of them. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to the breed and care they require. Temperament was the main thing I was worried about and the temperament of the puppy I bought is absolutely amazing. We have a very busy household, small children, large dog and my little puppy fits right in. I would recommend them to anyone and I am extremely satisfied.

We purchased a female yorkshire terrier from Joanie and couldn't be more pleased. We just had the best experience with Joanie, her hubby and Dan. My daughter did ALOT of research before buying her first dog. She decided after talking extensively to Joanie to take the plunge with a Chipoo. It couldn't have been a better decision. We wanted a dog that was kind, smart, small, easy to train, looked like a teddy bear, didn't shed, and got along with other dogs and children. My daughter brought her Chipoo home and it was love at first night! We all loved the puppy so much that I called Joanie the next day to ask for his brother for me. Luckily, he was available by my chinny chin chin. It has been 2 days now with my new pup. We are in puppy land and because of this family, we have a head start in puppy training, and socialization. I am so excited for the next 20 years. We have two beautiful puppy's. Thank you EVERYONE who played a part in their first weeks of life. Whomever is reading this, YOU WON'T GO WRONG!

Hello Joanie,
I just wanted to follow-up with an update regarding Bisquit. He is doing great and he's such a great dog. We love him to pieces! He went to Spa again yesterday and he took some Christmas photos today. The pictures are too cute of Bisquit! I have attached to this email some pictures of him.
P.S., Bisquit is so tiny! I weighed him yesterday and he's just a little over 3 and half pounds still. He's growth has slowed down quite a bit. It appears that he may not reach 6 lbs as we had originally thought. I think he may reach about 5 lbs full grown. Anyways, take care, Joanie, and have a happy holiday!

Hi Joanie,
Mia is doing great! She went to the vet yesterday for her last set of shots and everything went great. She's gained 6 ounces, and Roni (our vet) was just raving about her patellas being excellent. Lol! She is into orthopedics.
She is great for her baths, doing pretty well with potty training (once its warmer, I'm sure we will BOTH be better at it!), and she is awesome with the kids and our cavalier, Chloe.
She's really the perfect dog for us! I can't wait til she's a bit older and done with training!
